Alert subscriptions
When you request alerts, we process your email address, selected products and sub-alert types, and delivery frequency. Products cover Travel Intelligence, Posts & Statements, and News & Markets. We do not require a name, public profile, mailing address, phone number, precise location, or trading history.
How the data is protected
Unconfirmed requests are not stored in our database. The confirmation link contains an encrypted, authenticated payload that expires after 48 hours. Access to confirmed subscriber data is limited to the services needed to operate alerts. No subscriber list is published or sold.
Confirmation and retention
Alerts use double opt-in. Only confirmation adds the email address, selected product memberships, sub-alert preferences, and delivery frequency to our email provider. A confirmed subscription is retained until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
Email delivery
We use Resend to send confirmation emails and manage confirmed subscribers. Resend processes the destination email, selected product memberships and preferences, and standard delivery metadata under its own privacy and security terms. Alert subscriptions are not consent to unrelated promotional email.
Your choices
Every alert includes an unsubscribe link. Using it deletes the subscription and stored email. You may also request access, correction, or deletion through the contact page.
Site analytics and third parties
The site may use traffic analytics, Google Analytics, advertising services, and third-party data sources as configured. These services may process device, browser, referral, and usage information according to their policies. We do not combine alert emails with public browsing or trading profiles.
Security and changes
No online system can guarantee absolute security. We minimize collected data, use encryption and access controls, and will update this policy when the service or its providers materially change.
